  1. I am unable to download the newest version with my registration data.

    Registration codes regularly change after the release of major new versions. Shortly after the release we send an update notification with the new data to your registered email address. Please check your spam filter and make sure you are able to receive mails from info@picmeta.com. You can also request the new data using the form that comes up if you try to login using recently outdated information.

  2. I lost my registration information.

    Send an email to info@picmeta.com in order to request your codes. Please note that we send registration information only to registered email addresses.

  3. My email address has changed. How can I get the new registration information?

    We do not send registration information to other email addresses than your registered one. In order to change your registered email address in our records, it is necessary that you authenticate yourself by forwarding the original receipt of the purchase to info@picmeta.com.

  4. How should I install a newer version?

    It is generally not necessary to uninstall the existing version first, simply install over the old version. Notice special advices in the update notification email.

  5. Do you have a Mac version of your software?

    Unfortunately we do not have Mac versions. There are plans, but it won't be very soon because of an extensive roadmap for the windows products.
