1. General Refund Policy
As our products are digital, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The product was not delivered due to technical issues on our end.
- The product is significantly different from the description provided.
- A duplicate purchase was made in error.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase at order@picmeta.com. Include your order details and the reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- The product was downloaded or accessed successfully.
- The issue arises due to a customer’s misunderstanding or lack of compatibility with their system.
- A refund request is made beyond the refund eligibility period.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle and credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
